    It seems that he is under 55, I assume he is registered?? A sex offender? Another great neighbor we have here! How and WHY are we getting such trash? Is Hometown REALLY doing background checks on these criminals moving in here? Something should be done here.

    My question is, where is our HOA, or at the very least, Director of Homeowners? She should be marching down to Pricillas office when she hears of these issues and demand resolution!

    Maybe our President? Oh wait, he works for the very company that he's suppose to protect us from!

    This needs to be posed on every bulletin board. Now we have to keep a close eye on our grandchildren.....we need a revolution, come on people get your heads out of the sand. Fairways needs to be treated like a little town, don't let this happen to our town.

    I understand the Director of Homeowners is hospitalized. In her absence our President of the HOA should immediately confront Hometown and have this felon removed from the community immediately. This would be a good test of the "conflict of interest" issue.

    I wonder, how many of the new, nice $100,000 homes HTA would sell, if some of the local TV stations came out here and did a story on the new sex offender?
    The story might go like this; A YOUNG REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER, LEAVES MIAMI-DADE JAIL AND MOVES INTO EAST ORANGE COUNTY RETIREMENT COMMUNITY!

    I have not only complained to the office in writing, have also complained to Gena Paugh, and Steve Braun. and received NO satisfaction at all. I also talked to office, last Friday, and Mrs P, said he would be gone by the end of the day. Another lie I guess

    I made my weekly trip passed the sex offenders house.i think you all know what I'm going to say. HE's STELL Living in our great community . Hey PH if you and home don't have what it takes to get rid of this low life at least get them to clean up the yard. Or would that be infringing on his rights ?
