A WORD OF CAUTION !

Early this AM Fairways Watch received a call from a resident ,in the14700 block of Firestone St. The resident reported that last night or early this morning, her car was entered and the ''gate clicker'' taken. The handicap placard was thrown about also, but not taken. Please bear in mind, that this is the same general area of resident complaints, about 2 young males, loitering about on Firestone, late at night. This is not to imply guilt in any direction,---only a statement of fact.We have not had any burglary issues since last February .  PAST HISTORY SHOWS THAT PETTY BURGLARIES AND BREAK-INS HAPPEN IN A SERIES STARTING IN OCTOBER OR NOVEMBER  !----Could it be that thieves, wait for the ''snowbirds'' to return?---THINK ABOUT  IT.------We can not understand, why the thief chose to steal a ''gate clicker''----it,s not needed---THE MAIN FRONT ENTRANCE GATE HAS BEEN WIDE OPEN FOR SEVERAL DAYS !
