HIs date of birth is 1985 ... why is he even living here ? He is underage and a convicted sex offender..
We purchased here because we were led to believe it is a 55+ community...seems like they will say anything to make a sale. This does not make me a happy camper. Deceptive sales practices.
We don't need a guard at the gate to protect the residents, they just let them move in. What the heck!!
Would someone ask Miss Priss or Steve Braun if this would have been prevented if we would have had a guard at the gate ???? or better yet we know she reads the blog Miss Priss would this have happened with a guard at the gate ???????? PLEASE ANSWER !!!!!!!!!!
If he lives here a guard can do nothing. Everyone wants to ask Pris how this happened. How about asking the people who let him move in? We'll be watching......
I have watched HTA try to update this community with $100,000 homes and renovations that boggle the mind (walk outside pool to use restroom?). In 7 years a lot has changed except for the total lack of respect for the residents and their safety. The older sex offender lives 3 houses away from me. Had I known, I would not have purchased my house. I have 11 grandchildren and they are not allowed out of my cul de sac. I am sad for the residents on a tight budget who can not move away and have lifelong friends here. Fairways used to be a country club-ish community. It has deteriorated to a trailer park. 😢
What happened to the Fairways Bulletin started just recently we were to receive every 2 months as the only blog we would ever need as we have tried to get it but it has been shut down the last one was oct-nov does anyone know the status of why Miss Priss no longer puts this out ????????

Does anyone know the results of the proposed "guard" hiring? The deadline to send in your vote was Feb 13th, which I did, however, nothing posted or mentioned the final count. My feeling is it did not pass, but still would like to know. I called office, no info on it.
First our restaurant is gone and now this. Sad!
If it was against the law he could be forced to leave by Fairways or the police. How about some protesters?
I was a regular at the restaurant, one of a few. The restaurant is gone because it did not make enough money to stay open.
12:59 that statement about the restaurant is NOT true !!!!!! It closed because Priss hired a person to run it that had no idea what he was doing that place made money for years they even bought new equipment to rid of the odor the place was crowded 2-3 times a week on scramble days over flow crowds !!!!!! Priss hired a big shot manager who brought in a bigger shot chef boom the place went. It was a family business and run like one was a money maker!!!!!!!!! Priss tried to make it something it could not handle another Priss BOONDOGGLE !!!!!!! Do not blame any of this on the residents..
They even had to enlarge the door to get the new equipment inside and after the set up everything was good. Somebody took a real bath when the thing closed up and the new equipment went gone. As you say a Priss boondoggle but we will never hear the real story for a corporate mistake..
thank you 12:59 it was always great tell the end , you would have to ask to be waited on and the food was always cold.Billy Casper wanted that building and made the sales so he could get it I think it was pre planed
