Do we know if this person is in here and have they been asked to leave? This leaves a very unsettling feeling for me here at Fairways and I believe we need to get together to do something about this. Why don't we have a resident Manager on property?
It appears today is this persons birthday...better watch for her out at the pools. she might be out partying it up today.
She was at the pool party on Saturday according to several people.

Over the past 10 years ,we have found 4 outstanding warrants with Fairways addresses. And believe me folks,--when you call--they haul.Last year we found a warrant notice--we called Lt Campina directly--With in 30 minutes, we got a call back,--the subject was on his way to 33rd st.They have a warrant squad that takes care of this type of detail. All responsible citizens have a public duty to notify authorities when an appropriate occasion arises.---Just follow the reporting instructions on the warrant notice. In some cases, you may be eligible for an award!
So it sounds like this gal is hanging out around the park, hope she is caught up with before she gets word that neighborhood watch and the police know she is close by....and question for Bill, is there any follow up on the convicted felon that was turned in to HTA?, or is he still allowed to be living in the park until the legal dept. tries to figure out a course of action. Is it just me or is HTA slow about these things or just turning a blind eye....
In ref to anonymous 9;48--If anyone has knowledge of the address where this subject is staying,they have an obligation to report her location, according to the instructions on the flyer.
As to the convicted felon reported, in the park--YES-- he is still in residence.--it does take time. When a registered sex offender was evicted several years ago--it took about 7-8 months.
Whatever happened to the woman that was arrested for the stolen jewelry and cleaning houses here in the park? I was told she is back living here in the park.
In ref to anonymous 7;50am---Per public records--The person in question ,went on trial July 30. She plead no contest to some of the felony charges. She was sentenced to 4 years ,felony probation,and given credit for jail time served. For residence information, I suggest that you contact local management.
This is pretty scary, we have two for sure people residing in our park that management can't seem to get out of our park. I know one stole jewelry while cleaning for people and it was a relative of HTA. Maybe HTA does not know she is still living here? There could be some residents that don't know about her past and hire her to clean their house.
Yes, she still lives here! With her boyfriend. So she isn't on a lease. I doubt the office has any official paperwork for her.
If some of the people know she is here, why aren't they calling the police????? Isn't there a reward for information?
You will see her around the pools, don't ever let her clean your house or become your buddy, she is not to be trusted. Oh maybe she is off drugs now, yeah right...
I ASSUME THAT THE LATER COMMENTS REFER TO THE RESIDENT CLEANING LADY THAT WAS RECENTLY CONVICTED OF THEFT FELONY CHARGES.

On the other web site there was a letter drafted to HTA where you could copy and paste. I think it is very important we do this here also about the felons and the gate situation.
