HERE WE GO AGAIN!

ONE OF OUR OUT BOUND GATES WAS DESTROYED LAST NIGHT

AROUND 6;45 am this morning Fairways Watch got a call from a resident, stating that one of the out bound gates had been hit and parts of it was laying in the roadway ! The maintenance crew picked up the gate and put it to the side.
It was obvious that the gate had been hit by a vehicle, traveling in the inbound direction.
Folks, its only a matter of time before some innocent resident is hit headon by one of the inconsiderate, non law abiding IDIOTS!
possibly on a related note, we are seeing more and more beer cans, 6 pack cartons and etc ,thrown out into our community overnight.
If you notice that the front end of your neighbors car dont look quite right, you may wanto tell the office. I speculate that the gate was hit by a non resident.

Totally DISGUSTING......I just wish our so called manager lived in the park......... When is this all going to stop? Thanks for the update Bill, where would we be without you?

How about the infamous cameras? I'm sure the violator has been caught, charged, and strung up by now.

I agree, the residents were told the cameras were operational, so should be easy to find the IDIOT...... or are the cameras really working, ? ? ?

The following comment was left by an anonymous resident. I felt that it was important enough to take special note of it.
I would further say that, if a security system, similar to the one proposed by Fairways Watch, had been installed, --this incident could not have happened. If ,even attempted, it would have been properly recorded. HTA continues to spend hundreds of dollars in gate repair.
THE COMMENT--Anonymous has left a new comment on your post "HERE WE GO AGAIN!":

It was a tow truck like vehicle - flat bed truck. It looked like he was here to REPO a vehicle he blew by my house, fast and very early.

Could "anonymous" give more details? Colour of vehicle, time of day, any logos on tow truck vehicle. Anonymous stated "blew by my house" maybe you should speak with the office and let them know where you live. Could be this "tow truck vehicle" was on your street....just a few thoughts.

HTA really needs to look again at Bill's proposal. Bill can you call HTA or District Manager to see where they are with that? With all the money they are making from Brighthouse and the lack of mowing that is done, they certainly could afford that system. It should be in the budget for next year, not unnecessary changes to the Masters, a fresh paint in carpet would suit us just fine on the Masters or do they have other motives for the clubhouse? We never get a straight answer from HTA at the Board meetings, she blames it on corporate or Billy Casper....Doesn't she realize she would make more money for HTA if she was up front with the people that live here. She is going to be in her golden years someday but she doesn't see that. It is just a job to her and what bonus she can rack up.

She's not going do do anything for us because she just works here. God forbid if the front office or their vehicles get broken into and she's affected directly, maybe she will give our safety a little thought.
