HOWEVER,---I have never seen as many unknowns, walking our streets and using our amenities as we have now!--I see as many as 5 to 7 cars, parked overnight, at a 2 bedroom house!----I see very young people who claim to be residents--yet when asked, say that they are not registered.--further more they will not give addresses.
CASE IN POINT---This AM I saw two young,''unkept'' males, walking---I did something that I am not supposed to do,--I profiled them, and stopped and talked to them. [a George Zimmerman no no]--They said yes they lived with their mother, but would not give me moms address---One said that he was 21 and had a job, and did not have to register anywhere!---RED FLAGS. I then pulled back and waited--They went to the ''snack bar''---I waited and quietly followed them to a specific address. ---All of this was sent to Priscilla and Lena. This was a civil community issue, not one that law enforcement can deal with.
WHAT CAN WE DO??
CALL THE OFFICE--CALL THE OFFICE --WRITE LETTERS--WRITE LETTERS!---If we do not help clean up our own back yard,---we will be just another DEERWOOD.
REST ASSURED FAIRWAYS WATCH WILL DO ALL WE CAN TO ALLEVIATE THIS SAD SITUATION. WE WILL NEVER HESITATE TO EVEN CALL 911, WHEN APPROPRIATE!

Bii I really cmmend you on your loyalty to our park .i really don't know what. we would have done without you all these years. I just wish that more people would get involved. I don't think you are told enough how much we appreciate you and the time that you put into the program.iam sure people have no idea the amount of hours you spend watching out for us . A big fan

Thank you so much for your kind words. However I need to say that I am helped and supported by a group of wonderful, caring residents. They are my CIA!. THERE ARE PEOPLE UP FRONT IN THE PARK--IN THE BACK OF THE COMMUNITY, AND EVEN AROUND OUR ''BELEAGUERED'' POOLS. ---THEY WATCH AND CALL.
I am also fully supported by Captain Brett Meade of the Orange County Sheriffs office. Captain Meade is as close to me as my cell phone. Again thank you and a big thank you to all who watch.--THERE ARE MANY!
Again, there is a kid at the Westchester exercise room daily around 4:30 everyday. Says he lives with his grandparents on Pebble Beach. Does not look 18. Is he registered? Don't know????

Priscilla does NOTHING!! She collects her paycheck and that is about it. Has she ever evicted or sent notices to any of these homeowners/renters who are harboring these young kids and asked them to leave this community?

When I send info, such as this to Priscilla and Lena, I do get replies stating that it will be investigated and letters of violation sent!
Yes They are and they are all at the Westchester Pool. Overheard them talking about how easy it is to get in, all teens and early 20's. Only one or two from the park, they are coming in carloads and no one cares. With no one to support me I am not going to challenge them. Call the police, what are they really going to do about people swimming there. Time to get a monitor or time to move.
Just wondering , can't our Citizens On Patrol be called to address the "outsiders" that are using our pools?
After all they are trespassing .
