SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE OFFENDER
Fairways Watch contacted the office of Captain Brett Meade of the Sheriff,s office in regard to this matter. As expected, we were told that the offender has met the Florida sex offender registering requirements, which makes his residency a CIVIL matter. The officer, went on to say that a SOS agent [sex offender squad ] will come to the Fairways to confirm his address.
The offenders eviction is entirely the responsibility of Hometown America. Legal action must be taken by HTA, using FL. statute 723 [.061 ] paragraph B. It takes a judges signature and a court order to force the unwanted offender out!

The above photo was taken, early AM May 24. The car plate number and description, corresponds with the offenders vehicle information provided by FDLE. It seems that the registered offender is getting settled in.
A DAILY CHECK OF ORANGE COUNTY COURT RECORDS, SHOWS NO LEGAL ACTION BEING FILED BY HOMETOWN AMERICA OR THE FAIRWAYS COUNTRY CLUB,IN REGARDS TO THIS MATTER!

WHAT is Hometown's problem???? Lord forbid if you have a speck of mold on your house, they hound you down! But to get this trash out of here, they don't care???? I just don't get it..... I feel so safe around here, don't you all????? Probably be safer at Deerwood........
Please HTA, help us get this guy removed ASAP, Ms P told me he would be removed asap, or they would call the sherriff office, Im beginning to wonder, if HTA has the legal rights to remove him Just sayin
The Manager is not going to do anything over a holiday. She is at home enjoying her holiday off. We are only a pay check for her, so all of you better wise up. She gets paid to put people in, not out. In safety of her upscale Merritt Island home, we are nothing to her. I say get a for sale sign on every house except the felons. Make some signs, Picket the house, that will bring the news stations in and she'll have to come over and deal with it. Also, this picture needs to be posted on every board, it is legal to do that.

Then I say, keep putting them up. If you have a computer then you have a printer. Maybe a picture on a sign stuck in the yards next to the houses for sale next to Home Town houses for sale....let the prospective buyers see what we are dealing with. The sales office does not want new buyers to see this and since they are yes people to the Manager, they are probably the ones taking them down.
