SIGNS, SIGNS, AND MORE SIGNS !

RECENTLY THERE HAS BEEN A LOT OF COMMENTARY ON SIGNAGE IN THE FAIRWAYS.
A recent change in pool signs and entrance signs, has sparked comments and interest from all segments of our community. Yesterday Fairways Watch was told that ''the pool signs were going back up''. ---What was not explained was that it was''corrective pool signs '' that were going up.
Below you will find photo,s taken early this AM.
A note of appreciation is due local management, for their efforts to correct the errors in the ''previous new signs'' Please also note we have a new replacement, Neighbor Hood watch sign and a badly needed ''NO SOLICITING'' sign.  [bilingual]
Thanks HTA and kudos to all of the residents that cared enough, to make their feelings known.------  WAY TO GO FOLKS !

the tavern was taken away from us so that the golf people could have a store to sell ,we should get a reduction on our rent for this

HTA claims they had to shut down the tavern due to financial ruin.
I would like to know what profit (if any) they're making at the pro shop. I'd be surprised to hear they make anything over $100 a day in that store. They are way overpriced and the food is gas station food.(garbage). WAWA is fine dinning compared to our pro shop.

HTA if you're reading this, bring back our Tavern with the proper tools and proper people to run it, It WILL turn a profit.
You set it up to fail, and fail it did. It's your fault, now fix it!

I have been in the tavern and had to ask to be waited on how do they expect it to succeed like that it was done on purposes

We tried to lease the Tavern to no avail. I argued that as long as they got their payment, they were making money with no risk or expense. Next thing we knew, with no explanation, Billy Casper made it a hot dog stand and here we are. Seems to me that there may be something else bigger going on that we are not aware of. Time will tell.....

We heard a rumor that a sales lady told a future buyer that the reason the restaurant was closed up is that the residents would not patronize it. For fact we know many people enjoyed going in the Tavern for meals, snacks, & getting together with friends! Many golfers & other community active goers enjoyed our restaurant & entertainment. We need our restaurant/tavern back!!!
