SPYGLASS BURGLARY UPDATE

THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION COMES FROM THE VICTIM OF THE SPYGLASS BURGLARY OF DECEMBER 9

The victim was recently contacted by the Orange County Sheriff's detective, working the case. It had been rumored,--and now confirmed that one of the 2 K9 deputies, recovered a cell phone believed to have belonged to the escaping burglar. [you gotta love those dogs]  The law and protocol, now dictate that a search warrant is needed to retrieve and use information from a cell phone for evidence.--[recent supreme court ruling] This legal procedure, must be done and submitted to the court through the Florida State Attorney's office.
If the judge agrees and an order is signed, then in this particular case----the texts and voice mails--must be translated into English. Reportedly the information on the phone is in a foreign language!
The cell phone was recovered on the Congress side of the fence!---another reason that the Spyglass fence, needs to be checked and kept in good repair.
The victim was led to believe that there is a positive feeling that an arrest is forthcoming.
