This is a joke. WHY does the neighborhood watch know about this and HTA doesn't? What are they going to do about this? HA HA, nothing of course! Too bad Priscilla doesn't live next door to this louse. We are not safe SURPRISE! Is someone going to have to be killed or harmed by these people before something is done? Hometown is a joke, anybody can move in here, who cares what age, background or record they have. This is NOT what I bargained for when I moved into this "Gated Community". We paid our $25 background check fee, did these people? Oh wait, if we had a security guard here, maybe that would help. Gated Community my A--. This place sucks. I hope the people thinking about moving here into the wonderful expensive new homes read all the "goodies" about this place. THINK TWICE.

This place is and should be renamed Deer Wood 2 that is exactly what it ts becoming thanks to our PARK SUPERVISOR she does not even have the status of the title Manager but yet she is able to let all of these events that are happening continue like the VEGAS STYLE SIGN SAYS "TURN AND TOUR" might as well just take down the gates. It ain't who you know folks.
He is the iron man due to the fact that he knows all about handcuffs, belly chains and shackles, hence the nickname "Ironman"

That EVICTION question can only be answered by management.---However, the Dept of corrections website is updated weekly---I will monitor that, and we will know when he gets a new address. HE WILL NOT FOOL AROUND WITH THE PROBATION OFFICER!
Drive by that house yesterday, it's all closed up and has for sale sign in the yard. Maybe they're moving out!? We can only hope
House is not closed up. It's been for sale close to a year. His little brother lives there also, he's 13. They have both been there over 2 years.
Maybe probation/parole can revoke due to fact he's here illegally.
Go ahead and google his name for the other priors.
