This picture was taken Friday evening, at the dog walk area on Warwick hills Dr. around 7PM.
Fairways Watch goes through this area at least twice a day. The spray painted letters were not on the street 12 hours earlier. This vandalism was done in broad daylight!----BY WHOM AND WHY?
There were also ''Budlight '' beer bottles left in the area, that were put in the trash can by a caring resident.
Fairways Watch is well aware of a convicted felon, living in this immediate area, with the same name as that in the graffiti.---To say that this message is connected to that person is only strong speculation and not a provable fact.
WE ASK ALL RESIDENTS TO WATCH AND REPORT ANY SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITIES TO THE OFFICE!
A copy of this picture will be Emailed to the community manager Monday morning.

THIS IS A STRONG CASE OF ''MALICIOUS MISCHIEF''.
FAIRWAYS WATCH CALLED ED DOW ABOUT THIS INCIDENT. ED QUICKLY CAME TO THE SCENE AND CALLED OCSO. FAIRWAYS WATCH CAN NOT FILE A REPORT SUCH AS THIS. A REPORT MUST BE FILED BY HTA.
I WOULD ASK RESIDENTS TO MAINTAIN VIGILANCE IN THE DOG WALK AREA--I SUSPICION THAT THE PERPETRATORS WILL STRIKE AGAIN !

The elder lady in question was seen in the area this AM. It seemed as all is well.
HTA needs to go door to door and find out who lives here. Residents can also help by reporting questionable people to the office or Neighborhood Watch. If HTA doesn't respond, then our FHAOI Board should take action and pressure them to. We seem to have gotten a handle on some problems (break ins), and the TV station is a last resort for this. I think with the recent law suit HTA knows we're tired of screwing around and will fight back! It's up to all of us to do our part to keep things on an even keel. Speak up when something doesn't seem right....don't be afraid.
I was there this morning when Ed was spray painting over the graffiti. A resident who lives near the dog walk came over and said she saw a man in a brown golf cart there last night doing something in the street where the graffiti was painted. She thought he was picking something up, but he was there a bit of time, and she thought nothing of it until today.
Bill, You stated there is a convicted felon living in that area with that name. Why is Fairways allowing a Felon to live here? Isn't that against the prospectus?

In response to 09/27 09:15am. There are two known felons living on warwick hills. One a self admitted felon, the other is well known to the area. Both of these felons are very visible to the residents as well. The office has been notified multiple times about this and to no avail. And yes, why are they allowed to live in the area.

If Bill has turned in documents proving there are felons living here,and the office is aware and does nothing, is it not the responsibility of the HOA Director Of Homeownwers to get a definitive answer as to why and to follow up? I don't mean to open this can of worms, but I honestly don't know where going to bat for the residents starts and stops. Please clarify.. Thanks

Randy You are correct. There are state statutes in relation to the safety of the residents that hta has to follow
So why does Priscilla say there are no felons in our community if Bill gave her prove one exist?
