HAVE YOU SEEN THEM?


       SLOW DOWN---DAMN IT!
About mid -week, HTA changed all of the speed limit signs to 15 MPH--in all areas. I personally agree with this change---BUT--- There was nothing in place, to enforce the old 20 MPH speed!--Law enforcement can not do anything on private roads.
 It is sad to see the carcasses of wild life and small domestic animals laying on our roadways,early in the morning. -!---All from careless non law abiding IDIOTS!---This loss normally happens at night.
  This speed reduction was listed in the long list of changes in our letter that we received last November.----One might wonder when some of the other shoes will drop.
Bear in mind-- in the same change letter---the prospectus deleted the ''cost of living'' increase limit and replaced it with ''fair market value''
 This past week ,the Associated Press announced that social security checks will INCREASE next year!----A whopping average of $2.50 per month!----

Strange people----coming in bare footed ,with back packs on bicycles!-----They just don't seem to fit the profiles of most Fairways residents!----Sorry about that for being so ''politically incorrect''---but---whatever!
 We have tried to politely, respectively talk to these folks---but nothing of value comes out---only cover-up and fabrication.
  I have no hesitation to call 911 for suspicious people, but the response time usually does not work out.
THE ONLY KNOWN AID FOR THESE ''UNKNOWNS'' IS A GATE MONITOR SYSTEM!

They can shove the 15 MPH up their ASS How about we get some new grass cutters in here what a rip off the park employees are going around with a mower doing places they missed WORST EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

REF: The nov. letter did not the hoa challenge that particular piece of written info if so what happened how can anything take effect from that if the challenge was done in the 90 day time frame????? We have never received anything saying all or any of that was in effect. Why does the office and Miss Priss continue to make a laughing stock of themselves by posting anything like 15 when all knows they will not enforce it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A great idea is 15 but hta has work carts that go more than 15 the sales office has golf carts that go more than 15 residents have golf carts that go more than 15 who is enforcing the 15 rule??????

Only a wild guess on my part-----HTA may say---''Our new buyers and other NEW residents at Palm Valley ,and Deerwood---are agreeing to lot rents, approaching $700 per month''
Thus---that establishes a fair market value for mobile home lot rents,--in our area!
THE WHOLE DAMN THING SUCKS!!!

Fair market value is what hta wants something "vague" , "foggy" where they can insert the words and terms they want to stick it to the residents just as they are and will continue to do with cable. They want something not cut and dried, not black and white such as the cpi which if it goes up 5% so does or rent if it goes up 3% so does our rent, if it goes up 0% so does our rent that is something hta does not want!!!!!!!!!!! It is possible down the road this park will be full of dishes and house for sale signs. Folks if the cpi is gone hang on things are not going to pleasant.!!!!!!!!!!!

We really do not do but if you remember back we believe back when the sign in front disappeared we were told it had to be taken down because the "" wind"" did some damage!!!!! Can anyone confirm that ""excuse""!!!!!!! Whether 55 still someone else will have to answer.

If the truth was known---NO one really knows who is living in here!
The "mystery moveins" & others are not known by residents or management. Some poor souls passed on many years ago but are still listed as residents--- go fiqure!

A kind man Ralph Bove at 2047 Troon St. passed away early April. Son has For Sale by owner sign at home, but he does nothing at the house like, weed edging, cutting tall bushes, etc. So sad. Ralph is in the directory. I guess the son is still paying the lease. What happens to home if it can't sell? Miss you Ralph!
