The greenbriar has new entrance gates. Which is from the front (Pebble Beach) Seemed like a nice addition, however, you cant enter the pool from the side, since the stairs now have a iron railing across it. So if you are in pool and need to go inside to restroom you have to go out and walk all away around.. Not sure why they did that?

Priscilla did mention the new entrance at a board meeting.

Warning-- this morning on warwick hills drive around 05:30 am, I nearly got run over putting my garbage on the curb by what appears to be a four door orange Dodge Challenger. I am not sure if that person lives in the back on the circle or not, it goes up my street frequently early in the am, but he or she was driving well over the speed limit. so, if you are the person driving the orange dodge, you need to slow it down or if you have a visitor driving that orange dodge, they need to slow it down. There are a lot of residents that walk that time of the morning and it is still dark. Next time I will get the tag number or snap shot it.

The Dodge Challenger is a 2 door, the Dodge Charger is a 4 door

This was a four door, sorry about that, was just making sure I got out of it's way this morning and this is not the first time this has happened. Thank you for the correction. Are you the driver of that dodge?

Since October 2001, 94 people have been killed in America by violent jihadist attacks, while 48 Americans have been killed in far-right-wing attacks. In the same period, more than 500,000 people have died in car accidents, according to the very non partisan New America Foundation think tank.
For some reason, we'e not the least bit afraid of our fellow American drivers.

Bill, do know if you have noticed or not but our new main super is really a worker. We have seen him on many occasions doing work around the park. In fact he has none more work in the few weeks he has been here than the previous main super did IN THE LAST 4 to 5 YEARS !!!!!!!!Hopefully this lasts and he lasts keep up the good work buddy and do not let Miss Priss chase you away. Maybe if we got a new manager with new ideas and a different work ethic this park could get back to its good standing!!!!!!!!!!!!
