SWHAM--BANG--OUCH!
AT THE BOARD MEETING--Priscilla told, all in attendance--that the latest survey vote by residents--''FAILED''!
Yes--this was decided by HTA after a PRIVATE VOTE COUNT!---There were over 400 votes returned--about 250 for and some 100 plus against!
BUT--we learned that it would require more than 500 votes to pass!---news to many of us!
We really don't know how many people live in here--due to the''CIA & Fairways PRIVACY ACT''
IT SEEMS THAT EVERYTHING NEGATIVE THAT HAPPENS IN HERE IS THOSE DAMN STUPID RESIDENTS FAULT!!
ANOTHER GOOD EXAMPLE WAS THE RESTAURANT CLOSING--YEP IT WAS THE RESIDENTS FAULT TOO!
The latest destruction of our gate is the OUTBOUND gate--hit at least twice lately from the inbound traffic!
It seems that a repair company quick fix--- cut off part of the gate to give clearance for the outbound vehicles.

The restaurant did not close because of the residents. Lies! They weren't even open for breakfast! How come that's our fault? We're seniors, we eat breakfast!
Maybe you did eat breakfast. But we all know the majority of people in ther only got coffee. How do you keep the place open when you only sell coffee???? Wake up.
I just don't see why people wouldn't vote. You have a voice! You vote for the president but not this? I just don't understand I tell ya!
Gate had been damaged before 3;15 A.M.,,, That is when i noticed it damaged as i was exiting.
When it was under a different ownership, there were many people in the restaurant for breakfast.. NOT JUST COFFEE...this was many years ago.. However, on the weekend, it was packed and every table was filled for breakfast. However, this is mute,and history.

One reason the vote failed as far as we are concerned is because of our manager!!!!!!! Get a live in manager and see if things do not change for the better. So many of us in here have come to not trust Miss Priss and all with good reason we know we will get lied to word one on!!!!!!!!!! We have heard so many if she has her name on it we dead set against it!!!!!
I don't see where having a live in manager would turn this place into some fairy tale. I'm not saying our current manager is the greatest but constant lies? Where has she lied? I would like a list of lies that she has given.
Can give you one real quick look at the comments under the blog with the sex offender !!!!!!!!
I took a look through the sex offender blog comments and don't see anything indicating that she lied. Perhaps someone can clarify thgis for me?
I wonder how long before the exit gate will be fixed. With the hot weather, I noticed our pools seem to have many "visitors".. Also, Wonder if the card readers they installed will be working anytime soon..... I honestly do not understand there thinking and time frame.... What's the point of gates not working and pool security locks not hooked up??? Maybe some answers at April meeting....
Same old story. We never got a real answer for why our beloved restaurant closed!
