ANOTHER DAMNED SEX OFFENDER AGAIN!

THEY JUST KEEP ON A-COMMIN!--DON'T THEY?
WHY?--THERE SEEMS TO BE A STEADY FLOW OF CONVICTED FELONS INTO OUR ''PREMIER COMMUNITY'!
THIS SEEMS TO BE THE WORST ONE YET---3 SEPARATE STATE PRISON TERMS---CONVICTED OF ''HUMAN TRAFFICING''--KIDNAPPING-
ARMED BURGLARY WITH A WEAPON--GRAND THEFT!---
This house 2092 pebble beach --has a history of events!---several years ago--a sheriffs K9 went into this unoccupied home & brought out an intruder --chewed up badly!
In years before that--our active live in manager--went to that house on a Sunday evening and forced the ''no paper'' eviction of 2 pick- up truck loads of ''red necks''
--May Larry Mack --rest in his well deserved peace.
This home is not regularly lived in--it is owned by a lady up in Georgia!

Bill, the link for 911 dispatches to Fairways, 22A is not working and I cannot figure out how to access this information...it has been most helpful in the past. Re: this sex offender in our community, agree that we should all contact the front office to inquire as to how he got in and how we can get him out. Thanks Bill for working so hard to keep us all safe.

Bill, this is as bad as the house on Firestone which as of Tue. had new residents Miss Pris you have to do something about these trouble spots before we have a real bad bad situation worst than we been having. Your right Bill thank you Larry Mack our at one time LIVE IN MANAGER.

Hope potential new home buyers could know about this website. I bet they would think twice before spending $115,000 to move in with sex offenders.

There is pretty simple anecdote to keep certain types of people away from your business. Raise prices. Ask any bar/restaurant owner what they do to kick out an unwanted demographic. They raise drink/food prices. I don't understand why HTA wont do the same. Maybe one day.

How on earth could you think that they need to raise prices?!?!?! What in the world is wrong with you? This place is already too expensive. If anything the price needs to go down. Seniors are on fixed incomes. That makes me so mad that anyone even thinks that way.

I was thinking the same thing... surprised even printed it... We pay too much already for amenities that half the time are not working or done poorly. Its about management doing their job and keeping unregistered and felons OUT...

I was told that this man and most of all the rest that were caught there were guest of the owner they don not pay rent just move in as a guest so they do not need to register with the office

If he is a guest why would his address be on Pebble Beach?

Anonymous said...

they were told by the owner that they could use that address and live there

Makes no sense to me...if you move in.. your not a guest...so the office should have questioned who is living there... Just another "dropping the ball" from management. Doesn't matter now anyway, the point is the present and HE SHOULD NOT BE LIVING HERE... If I was not for the Fairways Watch no one would know a thing....

maybe the office doesn't know he lives in here like so many others. This case is just a little more sensitive because of the nature of this felon. But the point I would like to make is that mgmt. expects us to follow the rules and they enforce them on their end. But we have a convicted felon living in the park, who appears to be dangerous, and nothing that we know of seems to be being done. Maybe there is something being done and we are not aware. I hope that is the case. But again, if it were not for Mr. Heldreth we would not know these things. Thanks Bill.

I think that 12:07 has a point. I mean perfect example is this. A resident knows a sex offender. Do you think a good hard working family couple would invite a sex offender to live in their house? I think not.
