SAD--SICK & SORRY!

''WHO'S OX IS BEING GORED NOW?''
Image result for illustration of ox being goredDURING THIS PAST WEEK---EXTREME VANDALISM HAS OCCURRED IN OUR OWN BACKYARD!--IT SEEMS THAT REQUESTS FOR MORE & BETTER SECURITY IN THE FAIRWAYS HAS FALLEN ON DEAF EARS!
HOWEVER LAST NIGHT THE DAMNED VANDALS HIT THE NEW ,UNDER CONSTRUCTION OFFICE!----It appears that at least 3-4 cans of paint was used,in different colors!---THIS IS A TRAGEDY FOR ALL OF US --NOT JUST HTA!----We all are in the same ''SINKING BOAT''

WHAT CAN BE DONE TO HELP SECURE THE COMMUNITY??
For starters --HTA needs to bring back some extra--off -duty sheriff deputies. During our siege of burglaries in here 2 years ago--The special patrolling deputies STOPPED the crimes immediately!
NOW--HTA IS THE ONE, IN SOME SICK IDIOTS ''CROSS HAIRS''
LET US SEE WHAT HAPPENS NOW!
ANOTHER BIG ISSUE--NO EMPLOYEE OF HTA LIVING IN PARK THAT CAN SIGN A REPORT FOR HTA DAMAGE
A DEPUTY HAD TO COME BACK TO FILE A REPORT!
  SAD--SAD--SAD-- WHUT NEXT?

TO MANY UN REGISTERED PEOPLE LIVING HERE RENTING

When you can see 4-5 cars parked in car ports every night do a sane person or one that cares really believe the rules are followed?????? When cops are needed at the same houses once a month does that signal a problem??????? Miss Priss makes the rules she does not enforce them it is up to the residents to take pictures or report trouble why would a 9-5 m-f person really care???????? There is never anyone in here in evenings or weekends from hta thank vandals know????????

Looks like 1 way of getting H.T.A.'s attention,,,,just sayin !

It seems to be a disgruntled residentin my opinion.
Disgraceful.
And oh how embarrassing it is to live here anymore.

Perhaps the resident who commented on the previous post.
They seem rather upset about the new office.
Live and let live people! Do your part to make the best of what we have left in here.

Maybe if HTA spend money on getting our gates working properly this would never have happened. Karma?

MY HUSBAND OFFERED TO HELP WITH off duty "SECURITY FORCES " AND, WAS HE MORE THAN HAPPY TO WORK PART TIME..HTA SAID, NO!!!
What a disappointment, moving here!.

Do all of that what we now see is the end of the expense !!!!!! the furniture will be the same as in the old office thank NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Am i the only one who is glad this happened to hta? Maybe its about time they feel the fustration we have felt for years now.

No you are not alone PAYBACKS ARE HELL what goes around comes around sometimes 10fold!

Anonymous said...

You to are both terrible for saying that. we are all in this together.

Miss Priss you and this park do not deserve the recent goings-on but as usual you do not take steps to prevent it always trying to sweep it under the rug.Cameras should have been installed and forget about your damn privacy concerns spend some of that bonus money and try to protect this park and the residents!!!!!!!!!!!

1) have working cameras
2) have working security gates
3) have working pool access codes
4) screen new residence to make sure meet requirements.
5) Follow up on "unregistered guests" that are living in here illegally.
Residence have reported this, along with underage children living here and the
management just does not seem to feel these are priorities.....NOTHING DONE
Maybe if all the above were entertained, we would not have current issues.

If a few years ago they had a very expensive golf cart of theirs stolen from the office, why would you thing some paint would push them to take action?

Anonymous said...

I DONT

Anonymous said...

I just don't understand why a resident would do this. This was 100% a resident. Some people in here. They just make me shake my darn head.

Anonymous said...

A resident DID NOT do this a visitor of a resident this a felon who should not be in here!!!!!!!!

Anonymous said...

I agree with Randy. However, they did put cameras up in the area where the golf cart was stolen. (at the work compound area.) I think what concerns me the most, and there are many concerning factors here, is that I am afraid that this is only the beginning of things to come which scares me. Those of us who have lived here for a long time have developed this sense of security because it was secure here. So we have to change our way of thinking and doing. I also think that we need to be proactive and not reactive and right now we are being reactive meaning reacting to what has happened and not proactive to what may be coming down the pike. We need to see what changes if any, are going to happen as a result of what occurred at the new office building. A camera would have ben the answer, and it makes me believe that someone knew there were no cameras present. What a shame, senseless, and cameras are so inexpensive.

If this was done by an outsider, if the gates were working ..it might not have happen... Has anyone from HOA asked HTA why it takes so damn long to get them repaired?
Its really unacceptable and unsafe for all.....

Anonymous said...

Seriously..... the gates do not keep outsiders from coming in. It is very easy for outsiders to jump the brick walls at the entrance. the solution is a gate keeper or a security camera that actually works. Unfortunately, many of the residents voted no for a gate keeper so that is out. Maybe a good security system that records would be the second option.

Randy Muehl said...

The standard answer on getting the gate fixed is "waiting on parts". It seems like this board doesn't put many updates on things so you have to wait a month to get any answers. An occaasional update on here would be nice.....

Anonymous said...

Thanks for the update... Its ridiculous to believe it takes months to get a part for a gate...

Anonymous said...

I understand that getting parts for the gate is time consuming. The thing is 100 years old. Why don't they just buy a new darn gate? With all of the repairs they've done they could have gotten 10 gates by now!

Anonymous said...

THEY MUST NOT KNOW OF NEXT DAY AIR !!!!

Anonymous said...

Gates are working today, for how long who knows?

Anonymous said...

Just until the next resident drives through them.

Anonymous said...

Those gates are not broken by residents !!!!!!!!! They are broken by people who do not belong in here but there is no way to prevent it !!!!!!!

Anonymous said...

Oh please. It's almost always a resident who's not paying attention. Fairways is the largest section of bad drivers on earth. A bunch of blind bats thinking they should still have a license. And don't try to say it's not true. You complain about people driving to fast in here so we change the speed limit but then when it's broken gates all of a sudden people can drive. Hilarious.

Anonymous said...

Hey 12:35 "so we change the speed limit" ????? Who is we ???? The same people who changed the speed limit are they the same ones who enforce it ???? Is this someone other than a resident calling all Fairways residents bad drivers ??????

Anonymous said...

Re:12:35 am a little surprised by the comment made which came from miss priss or one of her clones. At least we know how you feel about all us residents or should say it confirms what we always knew how you felt about us. But we will excuse it as always just "a corporate mistake". Even if you lower it to 10 mph no one enforces it so be it !!!!

Anonymous said...

Bill, too bad that comment about residents and their driving can not be read by all residents and left on the watch for a long time or even show up on outdoor because it sure shows hta cares about all of us !!!!!

What a group of closed minded people. Someone doesn't agree with you and you assume they work for HTA. Sad! You know some people edo like living here and choose not to be miserable 24 hours a day. I suggest you give it a try. Worrying about what HTA is up to constantly is so pathetic. grow up.
