These screws & etc. were found ''sprinkled''-- at the Spyglass speed bump!
Another good resident, found similar screws items down on Pebble Beach,-- near Troon. This other debris was also placed near a speed bump!
One might believe that these items were purposely left to flatten our residents tires!
Another resident suffered a flat tire!
A QUESTION TO ALL---IF ASKED---WHERE WOULD YOU GO TO GET SOME OF THIS MOSTLY USED DEBRIS ITEMS?---WHO WOULD HAVE POSSESSION OF OLD SCREWS & WATER VALVES?
FOLKS---THE ONLY THING THAT I CAN RECCOMEND IS --SOME PROFFESIONAL, OFF DUTY DEPUTIES TO COME IN HERE AND RANDOMLY PATROLL IN HERE--AT ALL ODD HOURS!

Who wouldn't have old screws in their house. Some a$$hole resident for sure.
This is so sad and sickening. Why has this place turned into such a shithole? Even Ms. Pris has been affected by the lowlifes getting in here with the recent graffiti on her new grandiose castle. If we had security at the front gate then they would be protecting HTA property too. We need a security guard, security cameras, auto passes for residents to get in and security patrols at night.Not to mention a total review and accountability of people living here that are not approved and have not gone through a background check. Are they going to wait until someone is attacked or even worse?
Once again, if anyone out there has cameras in the vicinity of these incidents now is the time to review that video.
Looks to me some handyman lost this stuff off of his truck after doing a job and hit the speed bump going to fast!!!!! Look at this stuff again?
We just read the comments about buying a water damaged house here in Fairways UNBELIEVABLE !!!! But as most of us have known all along they can not be trusted yes go ahead vote for a gate guard !!!!! Miss pris how do you and Deb and hta sleep at night. Is this not a scam against the elderly just as bad as any phone scam????? We hope there is more to this than what we have read. But same as the guard house or the same as a gated community it all falls in line with a big scam against the elderly along with the privacy act and the Fairways Bulletin every two months with all the info you will ever need ---- that has not been printed since Feb'
Bill what was the police presence in the park last night ?
Bill, last night (Thur) our motorcycle man on Spyglass did roar around us as we entered the park as we slowed for the speed bump. He has no respect at all for our community and we now are going to include GRANDMA in that statement. She has no control over this person and how can he be a caregiver when he acts as he does. Do we actually know he has the necessary paper work to be living in here under those conditions and if so does miss pris not have some control over the situation??
