THIS PHOTO WAS TAKEN MONDAY MORNING, JANUARY 26 AROUND 7:20AM
There was a light rain falling, shortly after sunrise--at the corner of Pebble beach and Torrey Pines Ct.
This middle aged male, along with his filled black cloth shopping bag ,appeared to be waiting for someone. His general appearance, sunglasses, carry bag, raised suspicions. Fairways Watch pulled to the side of the road to call 911 to report a suspicious person. [Damn--that's profiling---yep, sure is] ---This person, quickly disappeared into the house,on the south east corner of PB and the court.
Over the past several years, this residence has been the scene of numerous reports and OCSO calls for service. The local management has been advised , many times of questionable activities, at this particular house.
Some might ask--WHY BOTHER?--one of the many reasons is that --all of our recent past burglaries, have occurred in the mornings!
On a sour note--- our inbound gates, [in our gated community], have been wide open all weekend!

I would be nervous if this guy was standing behind me at a ATM !
I have seen outer scary people at that same house
OMG They lied to me. The big sign out front said that this is a premier community.
I don't understand everyone's concern, it's very obvious this distinguished gentleman is waiting for the bus. Stop the damped profiling.
He probably was in here to ''take the tour'', just like the sign out front suggests. They even left the gates open for him.
I suspect that the $100K home prices, along with the $700+ monthly lot rents were a bit much for him!
may be to much rent for him but he still stays at that house
Being new to this Community it's very obvious it's in HomeTown Americas Policies to mislead the Newbies. The Front Gate always has a problem. And after talking with some, the Office is as much help as Washington. There is a reason why so many Homes are for sale, I'm starting to believe I made a Bad mistake.
The front gates are opened just about every weekend. They leave them open so the public Golfers can get in here over the weekend so the pro shop doesn't have to be bothered with opening the gate for them. Also I believe they leave them open so the maintenance guys don't get called to repair them if needed over the weekend.
You all need to get the facts and the right house......
