JUST ABOUT EVERY ENTRY ,REPRESENTS ANOTHER MONETARY CHARGE AGAINST OUR PITIFUL LITTLE HOA LEGAL FUND Much of the filings below is only ''jiberish'' to most of us, but it is part of a long and expensive process.The main point of interest, so far is that OUR ATTORNEY filed a motion to dismiss the charge against us. The judge has not ruled on that motion yet. The clock keeps ticking and our legal fund is about, running on empty.---THEN WHAT ?. IT WOULD SEEM THAT SOME PEOPLE HAVE NO SHAME !

I don't get it, how can they sue us when we don't own the land or we didn't put in the switch. These people are renting, are they approved by the park/ Does the landlord have any responsibility here? If it is dropped do we have recourse to collect from the renter?

HOWEVER, THAT IS IRRELEVANT TO THE ISSUE OF WHAT THEY ARE TRYING TO DO TO THEIR FELLOW RESIDENTS!

To buy a home in here wouldn't they have to sign a new leasefor the lot ? Why would HTA let them do that?

The will save there own a$$es in this lawsuit and pi$$ on the rest of us. They (HTA) want them to sue us, that way they can take complete control over the park and get rid of the FHAOI altogether....then they can make all the rules, take away social clubs and raise UP the lot rents.

I thought this was a renter? Who approved the lease? Did they have a background check? Lots of questions on this law suit. Did you see how many times they have sued people. There are professional suers, that is how they make a living. Just doesn't seem right, need that judge to through this out just as they did HTA. Where are our backers, HTA this is your property why aren't you standing behind the hand that feeds you?
Im having a hard time believing that they are homeowners. Do we have access to those documents Bill?

Only the front office, can provide the information on ownership. However, they refuse to do so under the excuse of ''PRIVACY LAWS'' !
Gee, sort of like our current administration in the White House...they adhere to the laws that are convenient for them at the time, and ignore the ones that are not.
I would not worry too much about these people. In case your not aware the last house these people lived in was condemned by the health dept. It was taken out like scrap. It won't be long before this one go's the same way.
