Just about the time, we think that we have had enough disturbances, --another ridiculous situation arises.
Fairways Watch has received several complaints recently about a large, loud 4-wheeler, ''roaring'' up and around the east end of Spyglass St. This is reportedly a large red machine, with only a headlight. The time frame for this activity is usually around 8-9 PM. The operator does not seem to fit the 55+ criteria.[ boy--what a surprise that is'']
It seems that due to the short periods of activity,--calling 911 would be to no avail.---It is also a fact that OCSO, can not enforce violations on our private roads.---It is up to HTA to STOP this, before an accident or injury occurs to some our residents, out for an evening stroll.
Fairways Watch was advised that the front office was told of this situation. ----BUT-- as usual --not much interest was shown.
Fairways Watch has good reason to believe that we know where ''Evil Knevel '' lives [with his mother] !---Once that this is positively known,---we will give this information to the front office as well as to our HOA board.---- IT WILL BE UP TO HTA TO HANDLE AND CORRECT THE SITUATION.

This is just another thing that is not only annoying but is a danger to people who walk around here at night for exercise but people driving or backing out of their driveway I have heard and seen this piece of trash myself the office knows who it is but as usual nothing will be done! Wait till he decides to go on the golf course!
....and hometown touts this as a "premiere community"....what a bunch of BS! I might as well be living off 33rd street in one of those other "premiere communities"!
I saw it last night too, it wasn't roaring. Spoke to the gentleman and he and it will be gone by the end of the week.
I don't recall ever seeing anyone out exercising at 8pm.
It's no more annoying than the golf course maintenance people in the middle of the night.

It seems almost as if this comment was submitted by the ATV operator himself !----#1--several residents say the machine was loud !#2--why is he and the machine leaving by the end of the week?--#3 It is a stupid statement to say that residents do not go for walks in the evening.---If you were a regular resident--you would know better!--#4-- as to the golf course maintenance crew--they are operating legally--the ATV is not!--those machines are not street legal---TAKE IT BACK TO BITHLO OR CHRISTMAS, WHERE IT BELONGS---IF THIS MACHINE IS CAUGHT ON THE GOLF COURSE--THAT IS A CRIME!
To 6:54PM I walk at night every night in that area and have seen and heard that thing several times it is loud and he is not a gentleman as you said I said something to him and his remarks back to me were F__k off and kiss my ass,GENTLEMAN I think not I also think that 6:54PM is the one who was the driver and wrote that post if he doesn"t belong here what is he doing her in the first place sounds like a Bithloite to me.
Heard another break in on Firestone and Pebble Beach today. If there any official information that this is true?
yes is true and the person has a description of the persons involved. May be two, one going door to door and the other doing the robbery. This is from the person that was robbed
