It is so scary for us old folks here at Fairways, Bill. Thank you for the update and keeping us informed, don't know what we would all do without you and your information. Is there anywhere safe around here? I still feel like moving, it used to be safe here. I do feel sorry for the new people moving in here, you can't trust anybody. We installed razor wire criss crossed under 2 pieces of rebar across the ventilation return air duct. They will be sliced and diced if the rat burglar tries to break into my house.

Now we all know that people that take advantage of others at a time like this are the scum of the earth.Please people be extra careful who you let into your home to do this work.Even if they live in the park .i had Sam Williams do mine and a good friend .charge was 20.bucks.cant beat that price for some added security .
We have used Sam several times in the past for air conditioning problems. He's reasonable and trustworthy. We'll call him for this, too!
I just had Mr. Williams install "The Rat Burglar" trap. (my wording for it. If I hear those rats under my home, it will be the last home they "visit"

I also believe that the residents need to know that there are several cases pending to get rid of the felons and and illegal tenants. The paper work is ready to go to the lawyer to start evictons but Prescilla, and this is a quote, says she has no intention of sending them to the lawyer because it would cost her money. We all know she is out for the almighty bonus at the end of the year. She states that she is going to let them live here she doesn't care. We need to get a campaign going to send letters to Chicago and not just to Steven Braun, lets go over his head to the top man.
