SECURITY BEYOND THE GATES!

THERE ARE SECURITY ISSUES BEYOND OUR FRONT GATE ENTRANCE!
Yes----the gates are not the only way of entering our community. This picture was taken August 20, off of Cedar Ridge Dr. This broken section of fence, is directly behind the maintenance building. The condition of this broken barrier has existed for sometime.
Our concern for this certain area is---The other side of the broken fence faces Liberty St and Congress St. One only has to look at ''the ''outstanding warrant list'' or the ''sex offender list'' to note that it is NOT all nice people living over there!
It was hoped that HTA would learn from the ''TARGET HARDENING'' example, set by the residents over the past six months. It is evidently not so.
In past fence issues,---HTA has sometimes claimed that they do not own certain area's of the fence.---Who knows?
If there is no budget money for this section of fence---Can they not at least send the maintenance team down there with a couple of 2x4's and ''patch'' the walk through hole?
A copy of this picture will be given to the''director of homeowners'' for management notification

Hey, Bill does not Priscilla have a plat book or papers to prove just where HTA does own or does not own? She should be able to produce some kind of official papers to prove if the fence belongs to them or not. Has anyone /ever ask her to show hoa proof of their property lines?

They should put sharks in that stream. Cheaper than a fence.

They should put Priscilla in it, better than a shark!

No matter if the fence is the other people or our, why can't we just put up a fence so that it is on our property line. This just does't make any differs who line it is. Hometown just
doesn't want to spent the money. This picture is a disgrace to everyone who lives here.

They don't need sharks. Theres so many snakes and maybe a gator in there already.
