The officers were originally dispatched, earlier in the day for a ''petty theft'' call at the same address.
Around 6;30 PM---The officers were called back to ''remove'' a young white male, that has been living at that house.---reportedly the officers ,instructed him to put his belongings in trash bags ,and leave the house!
The picture below was taken as the young man left the Warwick Hills area.
DOES ANYONE KNOW WHO THIS YOUNG MAN IS OR MORE IMPORTANT---WHERE IS HE LIVING AT NOW?
We believe that he has moved to another house in our community!---The cart is a very generic model with little distinguishing equipment.---Please note the small american flag ,on the upper front windshield, and black box on left rear.----If anyone has the requested information --please contact Fairways Watch, anonymously, and the information will be given to management for rule enforcement!----MANAGEMENT CAN ENFORCE EVENTS SUCH AS THIS---IF THEY HAVE KNOWLEDGE!

What a great picture better than sweeping things under the rug, better than the excuse "corporate is your problem". We must wait for word from Chicago on how to proceed.
I think that we as residents see and know who lives in here. Unfortunately, we as residents can't do much but report it to management. Management doesn't seem to take much of a forward move when it comes to implementing their own rules. Just take a look around. You see the same young people around everywhere. The pools, driving the golf carts, washing their cars etc... I know this is a broken record, but I feel like if the management of this park wants to enforce some of the rules they should enforce them all. they are more concerned about whether your house is painted or whether you have trimmed your bushes. The majority of the people here have moved here because it is a 55 plus community. Most of us have raised our children, and want to live our "retired" lives. This is certainly not to say that we don't want our kids and grandkids to visit, but the key word here is "visit". Everybody have a great day today.
I agree with Anonymous @7:09AM I know my husband and I moved here because it was a 55 plus community with pools, a gated community, golf course and dare I say a restaurant. We also love us grandchildren to the extreme and want them to visit just as we visit them but they don't live here. Come on HTA get off your butts and do something about the young people living here.
We are not done with the yellow cycle yet HE just went by faster than 15 or 20 but at least slower than 50 !!!!! No shirt and no hands on the handle bars. So whatever he was told did not register, it is about 1:45 Tue so if there is a work schedule it must be at night.
Any word on the a future meeting date with Ms. P yet?
