Recently,--Fairways Watch has received numerous calls and reports concerning this young man speeding on his new ''crotch rocket''!
For all of us old coots-- a crotch rocket is---
A crotch rocket is a special type of motorcycle, very popular, especially among young men, usually for it's power to weight ratio, speed and killer looks. Since it is easy to handle and fast, it is very popular among stunters. It's a beautiful sport bike with an aerodynamic shape, capable of high speeds.
Yes--- this young man is a resident!--estimated age of 19-20 years !
The reports of speeds are in excess of 50MPH in the 14700 block of Spyglass

I don't think it could go as slow as the speed limit he has passed me going very fast also did not know someone that young could legally live here
Great article Bill now if only Miss Priss will follow up. Do believe this is one of those chances for her to prove she is manager of this park !!!!!!! So we will see !!!!!
He lives with Grandmother on Spyglass..this not first problem that has been reported with him and family..... been going on for years
I witness a man shaving his BALD head and beard in our hot tub. He was shaving away as if nothing wrong with that... WILLIE... he feels that since he pays rent that gives him the right to do his personal grooming in a public hot tub....
I have seen this person in multiple locations in the park. Flying in to parking lot of back pool, on warwick hills and almost ran over me while bike riding. I will contact the office as well. Why does he live here? I just don't understand what is going on anymore. I have new neighbors and there are young people living there as well. IN fact, looks like multiple families living there. Four cars parked in driveway and grass. Not to mention, they have a van parked in the car port that has been on jacks since they moved in. It is however covered with a nice blue tarp..... Go figure.

EARLY THIS AM I SENT PRISCILLA A LONG DETAILED ACCOUNT OF THIS SORRY STUPID SITUATION!--I SENT 2 PICTURES--ONE OF WHICH SHOWED THE CYCLE PARKED AT THE RESIDENCE. I ALSO SENT [WITH PERMISSION] OF THE RESIDENT NAMES THAT HAS WITNESSED THESE RIDICULOUS SPEEDING VIOLATIONS!
FOLKS THIS IS A SERIOUS SITUATION THAT REQUIRES SOMETHING MORE THAN A ''WIPE YOUR BUT'' LETTER!----OLE LARRY MACK WOULD HAVE BEEN DOWN THERE POUNDING ON THEIR DOOR!
MAYBE THE ''2ND TUESDAY'' NEXT WEEK WILL HAVE SOMETHING DONE----IN THE MEAN TIME---STAY THE HELL OUT OF HIS WAY!
the irony to this currently is that the park just put up all the 15 MPH signs. This young man is certainly in violation of the speed limit set for the park. So lets see if the park indeed intends on enforcing their set speed limits.
YOU are right Larry and Lenny before him would take care of these problems after hours when things could be taken care of. But our current manager is here 9 to 5 and there is no one to handle the situation after 5 unless residents "take pictures". Almost all rules are broken after 5 or on weekends. Miss Priss will continue to sweep problems under the rug as long as she gets the rent payment and the yearly bonus. We as residents will soon take matters into our own hands and somebody will get hurt visitor or resident a big stink will follow and maybe something will follow that will be good !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She does not know how many cars are in a drive or how many people are in a house !!!!!!!!!!!!!! because it usually takes place after 5 in the evening.

You are right about things happening after 5. The "new" neighbors, they have cars that roll in around 10:00pm. I spoke to the realtor who sold that house and he informed me that there was only ONE person on the lease of the house. when speaking to this particular outside realtor, he stated that it was not his problem if young people were living there and that it was basically our problem. Not sure he should be allowed to sell houses in our park and walk away with a pocket full of money if he feels that way and he said those things to me directly. Most of us live here because it is a 55plus community and I am not sure what has happened to that concept. I know that I am tired of fighting to have what we are suppose to have when we purchased here. I can live in a regular neighborhood for what we pay for lot rent now and just deal with things but we choose to live here because of the age restriction and because of the amentities which no longer have any value. It's a shame, and because of all of these changes in our community, many nice residents are leaving and we are being left with the neighbors who violate all the rules. Its a shame because we actually have a very nice community or had a very nice community. Lets find Larry Mack.....

No... did not have my cell phone.. but will make sure with me in the future... but I do know his name and it was reported to management.... it was at the Greenbriar.. He knows who he is........
So that's why it's closed and the Westchester pool closed because someone took a crap in it

The outside Realtor that you speak of has no ties to this community so he doesn't care who he sells to. I spoke to a newer resident that had bought a home through him and was told not to tell everything to the office when they apply to live here. He tries to get residents that don't belong here into our park because it pays him lots of money. I look and see people listing their homes with him and scratch my head and wonder why anyone deals with him. My new neighbors bought their home through him and first thing he tells them is how low the seller will go. He does not care about our community at all.

You people really need to get your facts straight before you start naming names and slamming people on here for NO reason. Check that process before you start blaming outside sales help
People list there homes with Rick as he a honest salesman who will show your home, and sell it at a fair price for both the buyer and seller. He has a worse time getting residents in here then HTA...... Takes days to get back their background check. has nothing to do with what the people tell the office. All completed by name and ss number. If you list your home with the office, they do not show it, ask a price way to high. THis way they try to get the home returned into HTA, HTA hausl it out and they put a new 100,000 on the lot. Just Sayin
A Background Ck doesn't take Days and a Name and SS # means nothing , it's the Management that doesn't seem to want to personally Investigate any Regulations Broken after These People move in. More then 2 cars in a Driveway consistently should be a Red Flag unless Fairways has become a Drug and Red lite District or a New Sanctuary City .
He has since "toned" it down. He has a young friend that resides towards the end of Spyglass (Heading towards Pebble Beach Intersection.) On the left.
