 This 48 year old ''lady'', and her husband--moved into our community,around March of 2016 on Torrey Pines Ct.--Fairways Watch and numerous other concerned residents notified the office of their unusual presence.--They professed to be ''CARE TAKERS'' of a very senior ,impaired, resident.
These two people became rather obvious, by conducting a large,continuing garage sale of the owners goods,---and advertising a''cheap'' air conditioning repair service.
Per court records--during this time--they were having numerous law enforcement encounters--listing their address as 1818 Torrey Pines Ct!
Even a simple name check at that time--- our management could have learned of many FELONY arrests -- their arrest records went all the way back into the ''90"s !
FOLKS--EVEN A BLIND SQUIRREL CAN FIND A NUT ONCE IN AWHILE!
Then---back in November--the couple disappeared--We believe that this was do to the issuing of a warrant for her arrest --involving theft and bail jumping!
These folks were in our community for 6 months---doing what?--- only God knows!
ANOTHER CURRENT EXAMPLE!
Down on the Warwick Hills circle--
A whole family moved in with 2 very small VERY ''active'' children!--- with another senior ,wanting a caregiver.--
These folks were driving a loud vehicle, speeding with fraudulent plates. These young folks were constantly on the run--24/7--with no evidence of any ''normal'' employment.
OCSO was dispatched to this residence over 10 times in the past 9 months!--911 calls were for everything--from fights to drug thefts!
At long last HTA sent letters of violation---and they finally left
WE NEVER WERE ABLE TO IDENTIFY THESE FOLKS--I BET IT WOULD HAVE BEEN INTERESTING!
IT IS MY HUMBLE OPINION--THAT THESE UN-KNOWN --UN AUTHORIZED PEOPLE--- PRESENT A SERIOUS SECURITY PROBLEM!
WE NOT ONLY NEED GATE SECURITY--WE NEED RESIDENT MOVE-IN CHECKS FROM THE OFFICE!
I WOULD SUGGEST THAT THE HTA ''COMPLIANCE OFFICER''--COULD ALSO CHECK UP ON THINGS OTHER THAN ''PALM TREES AND A LITTLE MOLD''!
FOLKS--WE NEED EVERYONE,S
HELP TO REPORT UNREGISTERED PEOPLE MOVING IN HERE!

Come on Miss Priss we the residents deserve a comment from you about all this !!!!!! What is going on the owners of these properties ?????? Where is Hometown Amer. stand on all this ????? Time for some answers !!!! We know you will be gone for a long weekend but the rest of us do live here and without BILL we would be in a real dangerous situation we cannot just collect a pay check and leave past the 7 to 5 conditions you are so blessed with !!!!!! We also know it is corporate the whole problem but we are tried of the excuses !!!! Hope all future buyers read this or talk to residents before putting forth any money in here !!!!!! COME ON GENA AND CHICAGO TIME FOR YOUR INPUT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible.....do you think we could also (besides a person at the gate) use some new people in the front office who care? Just a thought.....
You are almost right about the Fairways bull---etin but the Nov. issue states Dec. 2 maybe we all go by a different time or maybe we all stick by our word and expect others to do also hah. But we know it is corp. fault for the delay.
None of the above comments are going to do any good folks. We all need to attend
the meeting each month and also let Chicago know what the problems are. A letter
might do some good. Just writing does not seem to be the answer. Come on , lets
see a big turn out at the meetings.
