SO--THE GOOD GUYS GOT HER AGAIN!
Maybe a judge can keep her downtown--we do not need her in here!
The deputies ''cuffed'' her and took her to 33rd street--at 11;55 AM last Friday!

Exactly....and I don't believe they even investigate the information that is provided to them about un-registered residents. This whole "monitor" person, is very unclear. If you hire a security guard, thru a license company, the guards are screened for drugs, felony, trained and licensed. I did not see that in the letter. Will it be a "monitor" that the office hires? If that is the case, what happens when that person is out? Security companies have floaters, so even last minute, they can get a guard at the post. I did not hear any of these items. Hopefully, addressed at next week meeting. Get a clear understanding before voting.
No better details------No yes vote here. We flat out do NOT trust Miss Priss. Even her written will be changed. As seen by the recent rules and regulations printed out to benefit her and hta.
After seeing the cable raise each year without a reason how can she be trusted????? What is the projected cost 5 years from now ???? Too many unanswered questions for us to vote yes !!!!Will this be held in a different account from the rent so we can have a look see as to what goes on????? Get the work done on the entrance than let us have this discussion........
I feel if we approve this, we are giving HTA permission to increases as they feel. If they get control, like the cable, we have no way of disputing the increases. Also, there is no transparency. Did Spectrum raise the rates? Or did HTA raise because they can... Did they even negotiate a better deal and save money on their end... No one seems to know or able to get this information. Many people here live on SS, and only get a 1% increase, (if lucky)... these yearly increases from HTA, can cause a lot of hardship..... HTA raises more than 1%

HTA just took it out HOA after the HOA got everything up and running and took all the bugs out. Miss Priss could see more bonus money..........
