Under VERY mysterious circumstances, both golf carts, reported stolen, have been returned to their owners. However the case is a long way from being closed. The Orange County Sheriffs office has good information and possible leads.

I certainly hope that this case doesn't go unsolved. I do believe that this may uncover other things that have occurred in the park.. Is there anybody where the golf carts were found that might have surveillance cameras that might have capture anything, or any people who may have seen anything? I certainly hope so.

I don't think that this case is solved. Until we see something posted on this site that says an arrest has been made, we all have to be concerned. There are peopel in are neighborhood who can put up a very well guarded smoke screen and so far have gotten away with it. I hope that these persons or person, get what they deserve and we the people who make up the fairways can rest easier and not be afraid anymore. It is a shame that we have to worry about our neighbors more than we do people coming in from the outside and stealing our stuff. I think when they realize who this person or persons are, they will find that other things that have occurred in the park maybe related to the same soure.
If anybody out there saw anything on Tuesday night around 10 or 10:30 pm please come forward and help with this ongoing investigation. Call our neighborhood block captain or the orange county sheriff's dept. there are detectives working on this case very diligently and need move proof. Soemone may have seen this person or persons of interest in the spyglass area.
There are eyewitnesses to the theft of the golfcart. A neighbor was seen driving off with the golf cart and the victim has stated they will press charges to eliminate this happening again in the future and hopefully get rid of the riffraff from the fairways community.
Really, our own neightbors. Are they renters or do the own here?

Unless u sign ur name and provide facts its just more of the kind of gossip that keep seniors riled up. Yes we're sure u know the truth. Or maybe ur making it up.
But not signing your name means u are spreading gossip and good neighbors don't do that.

There has been no arrest made as of this date.I have spoken personally to Det.Ashworth. He is handling the investigation. If someone is arrested and convicted, it will be published.
I'm guessing he got away with it since he brought the golf carts back?
