In keeping with our policy of reporting fair,accurate, truthful and verified information,we submit the following comment.
Within the past two months, we have posted two reports on law enforcement activity at a residence at 14531 Pebble Beach Dr, These reports were in regard to FDLE executing a search warrant and the subsequent arrest of a resident.
After the filing of 10 felony charges,the state abruptly returned a ''no information notice'' on November 25. This action drops all charges and the case was closed.
As we stated in our first post on this matter---''In our judicial system, all defendants are presumed innocent, until proven guilty in a court of law''
