COULD IT BE?

Our community continues to be blessed with a ''NO LOST PROPERTY REPORT'' status. The last lost property report filed with the Sheriff's office was on February 9 of this year.At this time last year we were having multiple auto and house burglaries.---Why the change?
  The answer could possibly be related to some information in the Orange County Jail data base.In the past criminal history of the Fairways ,there has been a ''person of interest '' surface numerous times. [see copy below]
