An article ,written by resident David Halprin, [page 6] has a strong message for Fairways home owners. The article is extremely well written and further substantiates similar complaints made earlier against a''mobile home contractor''. [Easy Solutions Co]
Not only does the writer relate his frustrating experience with the contractor,---he goes on with an excellent narrative of the solving of his ''under the house'' problems.---It is a valuable lesson for all of us.
It should be noted that the Eagle no longer accepts advertisement inserts from ''Easy Solutions''
Our community has many needs---but---none more important than communication between the HOME OWNERS--note-- reference was only made to home owners, not renters or ''guests''--We home owners have lanes of communication, open to us.---We can write good informative articles for the Eagle,--- send comments to this blog, or other digital venues that are posted on the mail drop bulletin board.---- THEN-- go to home owners meetings!
If a home owner has had an experience ,with a contractor---share the venture, good or bad, so we can all profit from it.---We have some good contractors available to us and some----READ THE ARTICLE !

Just can't believe people would buy a 30 year old trailer without having it inspected first.
