FAIRWAYS RESIDENT FOUND GUILTY IN FEDERAL COURT!
This is an update, related to two previous posts on the same individual and offense.---[see the earlier posts for complete details]
In early July a Fairways [non- owner] resident was arrested by the Orange county Sheriff's Office, for shining a laser at a Sheriff helicopter. The 31 year old man was identified as Joseph Parrott of 1704 Kings Mill Dr. Originally ,Parrott was charged with a felony by the state of Florida. Later on,he was taken in from Kings Mill Dr. by the FBI and US Marshals service, and charged with a federal felony statute.
On a WFTV channel 9---5 PM news segment, November 18, it was announced that Parrott was convicted by a federal jury and ''could be sentenced, up to 5 years in federal prison''
Fairways Watch called Channel 9 and confirmed the report. Results of Federal cases are not readily available to the public.-----NOW---Comes the same---- OLD QUESTION---HOW IN THE HELL DID HE GET IN HERE TO START WITH?----FOLKS, I CAN ONLY SAY--- GO BACK TO MY EARLIER POST TITLED UNDER THE RADAR!

Our HOA says that HTA will not give them a list of community residents. Problem solved---They just need to check and read the police blotter. They could get a lot of resident names that way.
Great job on keeping the community aware of the progress of pending criminal cases Bill. Shows your commitment to the residents. I may be gone but I read your Blog every day to keep track of the happenings at my old home. Looks like the "illegals" problem has not gone away.
I find this absolutely amazing. I would like to know from manangement, yes, indeed, how did this person end up living on Kings Mill or any other street in our community. so Priscilla, how did this actually come about? Mr. Heldreth, thanks for all that you do in our community,.

Yes--- this one in particular is hard to understand. This person came into view, back at his first arrest in July. The ''laser story'' made headline news on all of the local TV stations Several stations even carried the actual coverage, taken by the sheriff's helicopter!In September, we had the FBI and the US Marshall's Service, in here after him.----BUT----The neighbors say that he is still UNREGISTERED with the office!
The only EVICTION PROCEEDINGS that show up in the clerk of court public records are filings for NON PAYMENT OF RENT!
Bill. Are you saying that HT has filed eviction notice on this person,and he is still here? I don't get it.

NO--I did not say that HTA had filed any eviction against Parrott ---or any other of the undesirables!---THAT'S THE PROBLEM--THEY HAVE NOT FILED A DAMN THING IN COURT!
BUT --they regularly file eviction proceedings without hesitation, against residents, who can't seen to pay their rent.----.
How he got in here was, he was invited to move in with a man (as a roommate) that already lives here. Under the radar as you say Bill. I'm sure that guy is feeling really stupid right about now. Pick your friends people, don't' let them pick you!
