On September 30th, Fairways Watch published a post, related to an event,On Pebble Beach concerning law enforcement activity involving the FDLE---.[for details go back to September 30 post] ---Details and results of the activity of that day were not available, until the recent publishing of the public records below. An FDLE agent told Fairways Watch that the investigation would be on going.---- Apparently it was!
The scenario, seems to follow these lines.---On August 18, the Florida Department Of Law Enforcement found probable cause to ask for a SEARCH WARRANT.---The court agreed and issued a search warrant for 14531 Pebble Beach Bld. The warrant was served and executed on September 30.---After a search of the Pebble Beach address,---the discovered evidence was presented to the Florida State Attorney,s Office.---- After examination,.the state attorney filed ten 3rd degree felony charges , under Florida state statute 827.071[5] ,----against a senior aged male at the Pebble Beach address.
On October 29, a non public arrest warrant was issued and executed for the Fairways resident.---- Per public record ,--the resident had a preliminary hearing before a judge on October 30.
Bear in mind--in our judicial system--all defendants are presumed innocent, until proven otherwise in a court of law.

UPDATE----Public records have been updated showing that the defendant was released on October 31 ,on 10 individual surety bonds, totaling $7,500.

The Law - F.S. 827.071
Sexual performance by a child; penalties.--
(2) A person is guilty of the use of a child in a sexual performance if, knowing the character and content thereof, he or she employs, authorizes, or induces a child less than 18 years of age to engage in a sexual performance or, being a parent, legal guardian, or custodian of such child, consents to the participation by such child in a sexual performance. Whoever violates this subsection is guilty of a felony of the second degree.

It's the FHAOI Dir. of Homeowners job to get that information for us. Pricilla will never respond in a public forum. Is our Director even aware of the situation? She not real visible or well versed in the going ons of the park or it's residents. Maybe she will give it one last hurrah and do her job with some authority on this one.
